Principal's Message

We are a small rural community school that is pleased to offer a strong academic program in an inclusive learning environment.  With a dedicated and energetic staff and a host of keen learners, Bonanza School is a wonderful place to continue the journey towards life-long learning!

We are grateful for the extensive input, support, and participation from the surrounding community and our School District!  We strive to offer strong literacy and numeracy programs in a safe and caring environment, enhanced by a fine arts program, Early Childhood Education, Junior Kindergarten and a variety of extra-curricular activities which all help us develop as responsible citizens in our global society. Inclusive Education Programs that are designed and coordinated with outside agency involvement (i.e. Speech therapy, learning assistance and Student Counselling) are in place to help our students each attain success in all possible ways.

Bonanza School, like other schools in Peace Wapiti # 76, offers extensive hands-on technology development for students and staff alike through the use of our wireless capabilities and personal devices for Grades K – 8, and SmartBoards present in every classroom.
